On a recent shoot in the Maldives I was so used to knowing what was going to happen before it happened, that I missed a few shots by being unprepared.
It was the buzz that anything that can happen will happen, and it was up to me to find a solution; or just roll with it and watch it eventuate.
Upon returning to Sydney the noise of knowing is somewhat overwhelming.
Strange, as I'm looking for the silence to just go with it.

Take me back to when we used to go before we knew, when we'd just show up and figure it out as we went. Fumbling through the darkness was always the highlight of the trip.
